Efficient, Low-Wake Vessels
M Ship is developing concepts for a family of passenger and cargo vessels and other commercial craft. These vessels are proof of concept for M Ship's Rapid Empirical Innovation (REI) process and Virtual Shipyard construction management system.
Design of M Ship’s concept boats arose from specific requests from associates and builders and specific needs of water transportation organizations.
M Ship is currently developing design concepts for:
- Fast passenger/vehicle ferries
- Fast cargo ferries
- Inland cargo ships
- Short-sea shipping vessels
- Offshore supply vessels
- Commercial fishing boats
- Workboats
- Excursion/tour boats
- Other commercial craft.
M Ship has built operational prototypes in each of its key markets, including the Vaporetto passenger ferry and water taxis for municipal use in Venice, Italy.
